Automatic OCR for Scanned Documents

Scanned PDFs, printed press releases, physical meeting agendas, and archived paper records are often locked away from quick text extraction. Collaborator features built-in Optical Character Recognition (OCR). Uploading a scanned document automatically detects, extracts, and incorporates the text directly into your active project.

Broadcast-Ready Audio & Video Support

• Expanded File Limits: Support has been expanded to handle audio and video files containing up to 4 hours and 30 minutes (up to 64 GB).
• Broadcast File Support (MXF): In addition to MP3, MP4, WAV, OGG, AAC, and M4A, Collaborator natively supports MXF files—a key requirement for broadcast television workflows.
