Introducing Multi-File Context & Seamless Blueprint Workflows
As media workflows grow more complex, working with a single press release or script is rarely enough.
Editors and content strategists need to synthesize multiple inputs—press releases, historical context, brand guidelines, and raw transcripts—without losing critical context or detail.
Collaborator introduces fundamental enhancements to how inputs are handled and carried across workflows.
Primary Source vs. Background Context
Users can upload multiple files simultaneously and explicitly designate each file's role:
- Primary Source: Dictates the core news, facts, or main narrative of the output.
- Background Context: Provides necessary background depth, style rules, or past coverage without derailing the main narrative.
Cross-Blueprint Continuity ("Reuse Inputs & Outputs")
Re-uploading files or copying and pasting text between different workflow stages creates unnecessary friction. With Reuse Inputs and Reuse Outputs, teams can seamlessly pass content from one assistant blueprint to another.
For instance, an output generated in a Story Development Assistant can be instantly converted into an input for a Content Creation Assistant, preserving context and speeding up production across the board.
